Final applicants are notified of decisions. Accepted students will receive camp preparation information.
Step into a leadership role and help shape the Camp Alima experience. We're looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to guide and inspire.
1. Must be an undergraduate/graduate student OR possess an undergraduate-level university degree
2. Must be fluent in English
1. Lead one day of the camp curriculum (Environmental Science, Computer Science, Physics) with associated leadership activity using the presentation slide deck + experiment guide created by our Curriculum team
2. Attend virtual, weekly meetings starting end of April to prepare for camp, by reviewing slides + associated materials with fellow camp directors
3. Bring enthusiasm, energy, and confidence to virtual meetings and the week of camp
1. Comfortable teaching scientific material + Presenting in front of a crowd of 15 - 20 students
2. Engaging and compelling speaker
3. Team players + Able to problem-solve quickly and efficiently
